Disability Assessment Requests
The Learning and Support Team can support parents and health care providers with completing assessment screeners for students who are being reviewed for potential disabilities.
Please contact a member of the Learning and Support Team to discuss your child's needs, the processes we need to follow to complete this level of support.
At times, Disability Assessment Request may involve members of our School Counsellor Team. Students requiring this level of assessment will be placed on a waiting list.
